During the online registration through www.easyconferences.org, participants will be able to renew their EHPS membership or register as new members and pay the yearly fee of 75 euros. The following reduced fee options will also be available:

  • Depending on members’ country, some members are eligible for a reduced fee to 25 euro (please see this list).
  • Student members (e.g. bachelor or master students or Ph.D. candidates) get a reduction to 25 euro.
  • Student members from countries eligible for a reduced fee get a reduction to 15 euro.

  • Member Fees are inclusive of participation to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches and Welcome Reception.
  • Full Member Fees are inclusive of participation to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
  • Non-Member Fees are inclusive of participation to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches and Welcome Reception.
  • Full Non-Member Fees are inclusive of participation to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches, Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner.
  • Reduced Fees are inclusive of participation to the Conference, Conference materials, Daily Coffee Breaks, Daily Lunches and Welcome Reception. Reduced Fees are dedicated to delegates coming from eligible countries. Please note that a proof of residence should be sent to info@easyconferences.eu to be eligible for the respective registration fee.

  • One Day Fees are inclusive of participation to the Conference sessions of the day, Conference materials, Coffee Break and Lunch of the day. Please indicate the date of participation in Notes section. THIS REGISTRATION IS NOT VALID FOR THE PRESENTERS.

Please note that the above fees, will include only coffee breaks. Early bird registrations available until 8 June 2017.

Workshops Cancellation policy:

  • 2 months prior to the start of the workshop: €30 administration charge
  • 1 month prior to the start of the workshop: Refund of 50% of the workshop registration fees
  • Less than 4 weeks prior to the start of the workshop: Registration fees not refundable

Note:
In case of a workshop cancellation due to low participation (4 weeks prior to the start of the conference workshop), participants will be able to choose another conference workshop; if not possible, they will be entitled to a full workshop registration refund.

Registration Steps

Registration is now open.

Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is easy to use, secure and can be completed in a few minutes. Please note that participants may not only register for the conference through www.easyconferences.org, but they can also book their accommodation. All additional services are offered at specially negotiated conference rates.

  • Create an “easyconferences” account through www.easyconferences.org
  • Activate your account by clicking on the activation link sent into your email account
  • Log into http://www.easyconferences.org/ehps2017 and create your EHPS 2017 registration order form
  • Settle securely your order through the online credit card payment method

Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book and pay for further services like accommodation (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.
